Cancellation policy

Low season (1 June - 14 July and September 1st. - October 1st.):

Free cancellation is possible in low season up to 48 hours before arrival time. If you do not cancel before this deadline, we will charge you 50% of the total cost of the reservation.

High season (15 July - 31 August): for 2-day bookings, free cancellation is available only up to 10 days before the arrival date; the full booking amount is due in the event of cancellation within 5 days of arrival. For bookings exceeding 2 days,

free cancellation is available only up to 5 days before the arrival date; at least 50% of the total booking amount is due.

In any other case, we will request payment of the full amount if your cancellation is sent within 24 hours before arrival date.

If you want to book immediately, we require a minimum down payment of 30% of the total rental amount.

You can pay this via bank transfer or down payment via our Paypal account.

We will settle the total amount of your stay including additional costs upon departure.

Payment on location is possible by card and cash.
