Free cancellation is possible in low season up to 48 hours before the time of arrival. If you do not cancel before this time, we will  charge you 50% of the total booking costs.

You will pay the full booking amount if you cancel later than 24 hours before arrival.

If you want to book immediately, we require a minimum down payment of 30% of the total rental amount. You can pay this via bank transfer or down payment via our Paypal account. We will settle the total amount of your stay including additional costs upon departure. You can pay contactless with us.

Additional info on the renting of the Family Chalet:

Breakfast is not included in the family chalet. This is due to the fact that the chalet is a completely autonomous and different formula that we offer you.

When staying in our family chalet you can rent bed linen and bath linen for a fee. Bed linen for € 10 per set and bath linen for € 5 per set of a towel and swimming towel.

Additional info on the renting of our Glamping Tents:

Breakfast is not included at the Glamping tents. Should you want to join Breakfast at the main house, please inform Alexandra your hostess one day before, so she can arrange additional place on the terrace or if you would prefer have the breakfast delivered at your tents. All charged with an extra fee.

When staying in our Glamping tents, you can rent bath towels for a fee of € 5 per set of a towel and swimming towel.

The bathroom, which is only intended for the use of our guests staying in the Glamping tents, is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. You must provide your own towels and other consumables. . This also applies to bed linen for a fee of € 10 per set.

Next to the bathroom there is also an external kitchen, equipped with a gas stove, washing up facilities and refrigerator. Plates, cups and cutlery are also provided here. You can make coffee and boil water.
