General house rules:

Smoking is not permitted in the entire house and the other accommodation that is made available.

Pets are most welcome and can enjoy the space in the terraced garden, which is directly surrounded by the forest. 

Please be aware that are surroundings are situated in the direct nature, with all wild life included. Let your mind and spirit be enchanted by all nature's beauty.

Partying is not allowed, due to all the dangers this can entail in our deserted environment.

If there is any damage to our accommodation or furniture, we will charge you for the costs at the end of your stay.

Rules on Services offered by the house:

Standard breakfast is included in the rental price for all the rooms in the main house. 

With a more luxurious choice, we must charge you a surcharge depending on your choice. 

If you have chosen our Family Chalet or the Glamping tents as accommodation, we can provide breakfast for you for an additional charge. You can discuss details with Alexandra.

Drinks that you want to use extra are available in our exterior  refrigerator on the terrace. We only ask that you register this on your accommodation list so that we can settle the remaining costs at the end of your stay.

If you want to stay longer, after check-out time, it is  possible. You can even request lunch, provided you notify us in time (due to groceries available and additional purchases to be done).

If there is sufficient animosity, we will organize a BBQ once a week, for which you can register. 

Do you and your children fancy a pizza from our traditional wood burned pizza oven? 

Provided you notify us in time (at least early in the morning) in order to make the necessary preparations, Alexandra can prepare you the classic Italian pizza. All this for an additional cost, of course.

And also please enjoy the beautiful evenings in our garden, without having to get behind the wheel.
