The Family Chalet has a master bedroom, living room with sofa bed (2 pers.), open kitchen, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and a smaller bedroom with 1 bunk bed and a single bed (3 children up to max. 12 years).
The air conditioning provides cooling on warmer days and heating on colder days.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, kettle and coffee machine.
You also have access to a BBQ on the terrace.
If you want to use bed linen, towels and/or beach towels, you must mention this when making your reservation. You will be charged a surcharge for this.
If you would like to use the breakfast service or have breakfast at the main building, you can arrange this with Alexandra your hostess for an additional charge per person.
The maximum number of people we can accommodate in this chalet is 4 adults or 2 adults with 3 children up to a maximum of 12 years old.

You can reach our accommodation by car, motorcycle or small bus.
In the nearby area you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking and cycling to your heart's content. Given the height difference, it is advisable to have good walking shoes and even electrically controlled cycling.
You can rent bicycles in our nearby area in Gualdo and at Lake Fiastra.
Various hiking trails start from Gualdo towards the Monte Sibilini park via Sarnano.
